Makaylin and I went raspberry picking today. Yes, today. And now we have 11 big jars and 2 small jars of jam. It wasn't really to bad to make. I might actually do it again sometime (assuming the jam is good of course).
Makaylin was SO good with the whole picking part. I wasn't sure how she'd do. She was awesome! (Of course I didn't have my camera.) She had her little container and was picking berries right with me. She even picked mostly good berries. I told her not to pick the pink ones(which I'm sure was hard for the girl who loves pink) and she picked mostly the darker ones. Fun, fun day! (Although, my feet hurt. Ahhh, the price of good jam (well, hopefully good jam).
